The Story

Moment was born from a simple yet powerful belief: creativity is more than a hobby, it’s a way back to ourselves.

Created for people craving a slower, more intentional pace of life, Moment offers beautifully curated craft products and subscription boxes designed to transform creativity into a ritual of self-care. Through the meditative act of making, the brand encourages people to pause, reconnect with their inner balance, and rediscover the joy of creating with their hands.

With a refined, minimal aesthetic and a strong focus on emotional well-being, Moment reimagines arts and crafts as a therapeutic, meaningful experience.

Challenge

In a crowded market of craft stores and DIY kits, Moment needed to stand apart from brands focused solely on the final creation. The challenge was to build a brand that communicated a deeper purpose: creativity as a tool for mindfulness, healing, and personal reconnection.

The identity needed to appeal to aesthetically conscious individuals looking for moments of calm and self-expression, while positioning Moment as a premium, accessible, and emotionally resonant alternative to traditional arts and crafts brands.

Approach & Outcome

I developed a strategic brand foundation centred around one core idea: re-teaching people the importance of taking a moment for themselves through the meditative act of creation.

From this positioning emerged a complete visual identity rooted in warmth, authenticity, and serenity. A rounded serif logo, organic graphic elements, and a soothing, nature-inspired colour palette create a sense of calm and approachability, while the curated packaging experience elevates each creative session into a mindful ritual.

The result is a distinctive brand that beautifully bridges creativity and wellbeing, transforming simple craft activities into intentional moments of healing, self-expression, and inner balance.
